Noir and Chick Flicks

Noir and Chick Flicks is the blog baby of Dawn, of one prolific blogger. Seriously, she has like a gazillion blogs including tribs to Esther Williams, Betty Grable, Gene Tierney, Dolores Del Rio, Doris day, westerns, musicals, period films, and classic films set in Africa. To answer your next question – yes, Dawn is most likely also Wonder Woman.

But the cornerstone of Dawn’s diabolical plot to take over the blogging world is Noir and Chick Flicks, and that’s where you’ll find my favorite action. Dawn produces amazing actress tributes and has the weird mutant super ability to identify contemporary actors who look a lot like classic actors. But my super most favorite thing is Dawn’s regularly occurring ”Pawsome Pet Pictures” in which she scrounges up a photo of a classic star with an adorable dog. This is perfect Internet zen.
